This Link building service is a completely free text link exchange service for the first year to the first 100 people who join and exchange links so I can build up my customer base. All sites will be vetted and no low quality junk type sites will be accepted. (you will need to be able to alter the pages on your website to add links pages)
There is absolutely no catch. This will be 100% free to the first 100 people who in turn will receive 33 one way links. You will also benefit from any customers who join after this as more customers= more one way links. The members will be split into 3 groups. Group A, B and C. Group A will link to group B. Group B to group C. And group C to group A. So All links received will be one way links as you will not be linking back to the site that links to yours.

Link Building in general is very important to the popularity and ranking of your site in the search engines. Each link to your site is considered to be a "vote" in the eyes of the search engines. The search engines see one way links as much more important than swapped (reciprocal) links because they are so much harder to obtain and if a site links to yours without anything in it for them then your site must be a good site because they linked to it for no gain.
One way permanent inbound link building is a great way to increase your Google pr and also your websites popularity and ranking position in the search results pages.
There is no need to worry about relevancy when it comes to one way links like you must with reciprocal backlinks. So long as we get the Anchor text right.
